At Magpie on the Run we want to love and be happy with your purchase. However if your order is not to your satisfaction we shall be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange minus postage fees. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
- In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations , we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings (or any other pierced jewellery).
- Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.
- We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service.

- Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
- Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
